How long does Sea Moss gel last?
The Sea Moss gel has a shelf life of 30 days. To preserve your gel, you can place it in the freezer for up to 3 months. Signs of spoiled Sea Moss gel is that it will generate mold, taste sour, or become water logged (excessive water) after sitting for longer than 3-4 weeks.
How do I consume the Sea Moss gel?
There are may ways in which you can eat the Sea Moss gel. Some of the most common ways are by spoon or to mix it in with your tea, coffee, juice, soup, shakes, and smoothies. You can also cook with it as it is a thickening agent.
How much should I consume?
We recommend 1-2 tablespoons per day. Each person's body is different so you can change dosage as you see fit. Please remember that we are not medical professionals and cannot account for side effects outside of the recommended dosage amount.
